Freedom, self love
creativity, happiness
positive thinking.
As a young girl, my
mother taught me
these words and
lived by them.
My mother also
encouraged me to be
a strong person with
an individual and
unique personality.
I was fortunate to be
able to choose my
choices in cultural
art, music, fashion,
and books.
Growing in a loving
home I watched the
confidence that
she had in being
herself not trying to
please anyone other
than God and her
family. She also
showed me the
exquisiteness in
listening to and
enjoying various
arts, literature and
music.

| My thoughts to you are to remember not to stifle the creative side that makes you who you are throughout life. Have fun trying different creative positive outlets. Enjoy knowing about your neighbors' cultures and appreciate the beautiful world God gave us having a positive view on life. I hope to have passed these values onto my two wonderful children and my beautiful grandchildren. |
